The Soccer Equipment Neighborhood Drive (SEND) is a
charitable organization that collects and distributes pre-owned soccer
equipment to those in need. We strongly
believe that all children deserve the opportunity to feel good about
themselves and have fun. SEND therefore provides resources that enrich children's lives through soccer. Our primary donors are the players and families of Ridgewood's RSA, Maroons, and Wyckoff's Torpedoes Soccer Leagues. Without their support we could never survive. Equipment has been donated to Project Hope in Haiti, Soccer Programs in the Philippines, Newark & Paterson, NJ, Pawlet, VT, Parks & Recreation of NYC, and to local soccer
players. Email us to find out how you can receive pre-owned soccer equipment at no cost. SEND is an ongoing self sustaining charity. All we need to continue succeeding is just the smallest assistance from our community-- YOU! Take a minute to dig out your old equipment and drop it off at location near you. The simplest act can provide so much for someone else. |
